Ballet Techniques

This class is ideal for beginners and dancers who want to strengthen their foundational training. We will cover barre and floor work, including plié, tendu, rond de jambe, basic turns, jumps and more. No equipment is required.

Contemporary Dance

This class is open to all level and combines movements from jazz, ballet and modern dance into one highly physical and playful technique. Participants will learn strength, coordination and control training central to ballet, as well as expressive movements that are fundamental to modern dance and jazz.

Femme Hip Hop

An intermediate/advanced class, requiring dance experience that will explore dance styles such as jazz funk, Latin fusion, and hip hop mixed with feminine elements. This class will focus on style and musicality and will leave you feeling hype!

Femme Hip hop

Afro-Latin Dance

This course introduces the dancer to the most popular Afro-Latin styles of dance today. Dancers will learn the basic movements of salsa, bachata, cha cha, cumbia, merengue, reggaeton and more in this hour-long high-energy movement experience designed for all skill levels.

From beginner to advanced, dancers in the progression of this course can expect to increase their proficiency of coordination, flexibility, musicality, core strength, balance, isolations, technique and personal expression. The format of each class will begin with a fun warm up, proceed to a skills exercise introducing specific movement patterns and conclude with an interactive group freestyle demonstration to apply the skills learned in the class.
