UROP relies on a large team of volunteers to help ensure that all applications receive fair and informed evaluations—and that projects conform to the highest ethical standards.
Tenured/tenure-track, research faculty, contract instructors, postdocs and graduate students at É«½ä³ÉÈËÖ±²¥ are eligible to evaluate UROP proposals. Due to the distribution of applications, we have the most need in 1) Life/Biosciences and 2) Math, Physical Sciences and Engineering.
We encourage you to sign up using the interest form at any time.
Sign up by March 20, 2025, to be included in this year's cycle. This form is for the 2024-25 Review Board (scoring for the Summer 2025 / Academic Year 2025-26 application cycle). ÌýIf you served previously (but haven't signed up this year), you won't be included in communications about this year's cycle.
The next review cycle will be in Spring 2026 and score proposals for Summer 2026 and Academic Year 2026-27. Those interested in scoring proposals can sign-up at any time and opt-out ahead of review if their availability changes.
