<p>The Colorado economy continues to expand, outperforming the U.S. economy and reaffirming previous expectations, according to the midyear economic update released today by the É«½ä³ÉÈËÖ±²¥â€™s Leeds School of Business.</p>

<p>Children consume more low-nutrition, high-calorie food such as cookies and candy after observing seemingly overweight cartoon characters, according to a first-of-its-kind study led by the É«½ä³ÉÈËÖ±²¥.</p>

<p>The confidence of Colorado business leaders dipped slightly though remained optimistic going into the third quarter of 2015, according to the Leeds Business Confidence Index released by CU-É«½ä³ÉÈËÖ±²¥â€™s Leeds School of Business.</p>

<p>The confidence of Colorado business leaders remains optimistic, increasing slightly going into the second quarter of 2015, according to the Leeds Business Confidence Index (LBCI) released today by the É«½ä³ÉÈËÖ±²¥â€™s Leeds School of Business. For the past eight quarters, confidence has been more stable than ever in the index’s 11-year history.  </p>

<p>The Leeds School of Business is pleased to announce the launch of a new scholarship program aimed at supporting CU-É«½ä³ÉÈËÖ±²¥ employees, allowing them to earn an MBA from the Leeds Evening MBA program.</p>

<p class="p1">The <a href="http://www.colorado.edu/leedsmba/evening-mba"><span class="s1">Evening MBA Program</span></a>, offered by the CU-É«½ä³ÉÈËÖ±²¥â€™s Leeds School of Business, is going south -- in a good way. Beginning in May, the program -- offered since 2000 on the CU-É«½ä³ÉÈËÖ±²¥ campus -- also will be available at the <a href="http://www.ucdenver.edu/about/southdenver/Pages/default.aspx"><span class="s1">Liniger Building at CU South Denver</span></a>, located at 10035 Peoria St. in Parker, Colorado.</p>

<p>Based on continued growth in fourth-quarter new business filings in Colorado -- including entity renewals, trademarks and trade name registrations -- employment in the state is projected to expand through the first and second quarters of 2015, according to a É«½ä³ÉÈËÖ±²¥ report released today by Colorado Secretary of State Wayne Williams.</p>
