State constitutional law—missing from most law school curricula: A lecture Oct. 26
Associate Justice Sabrina McKenna will address the historical and continued importance of state constitutions in the protection of civil, criminal and environmental rights, especially considering the U.S. Supreme Court’s 2022 Dobbs decision and the existential threat of climate change.
