BVSD updates calendar to match É«½ä³ÉÈËÖ±²¥ spring break dates

to align the district’s spring break with É«½ä³ÉÈËÖ±²¥â€™s spring break dates.

For a number of years, É«½ä³ÉÈËÖ±²¥â€™s spring break dates have matched with the É«½ä³ÉÈËÖ±²¥ Valley School District’s spring break dates and often those ofÌýthe St. Vrain Valley School District (SVVSD). This is helpful to many É«½ä³ÉÈËÖ±²¥ employees and É«½ä³ÉÈËÖ±²¥ parents and families who have students enrolled in one of the two nearby K-12 school districts.Ìý

BVSD and É«½ä³ÉÈËÖ±²¥ identified a discrepancy for the 2022–23 academic year.Ìý

Following the BVSD Board of Education’s unanimous vote on June 7, BVSD moved spring break to March 27–31, 2023, which matches É«½ä³ÉÈËÖ±²¥â€™s break.

SVVSD has currently not made any changes to its planned March 20–24, 2023, spring break.Ìý

É«½ä³ÉÈËÖ±²¥ reached out to both school districts to set the stage for future cooperation on calendar setting that benefits all three institutions going forward.
