The State of Colorado authorized specific entities within the state to accept indemnification. The Office of Contracts and Grants (OCG) at the É«½ä³ÉÈËÖ±²¥ is not authorized to provide indemnity on awards that are accepted under OCG’s authority.

É«½ä³ÉÈËÖ±²¥ is a nonprofit, public, and governmental institution of higher education with a primary focus on academics and research. É«½ä³ÉÈËÖ±²¥ cannot cover a sponsor’s loss. É«½ä³ÉÈËÖ±²¥ shall be responsible for its ownnegligent acts or omissions as covered under CU ɫ½ä³ÉÈËÖ±²¥â€™s self-insurance policy.
