What I enjoy most about working for É«½ä³ÉÈËÖ±²¥
I am intrigued by the unique qualities of each person and I like to focus on the differences between individuals. I appreciate/observe each person’s style, each person’s motivation, how each thinks, and how each builds relationships. I like to foster these unique qualities to develop the individual along with their role in the department. I especially enjoy helping those who have never been in the workforce before.
Bio
ÌýI received my BA in Sociology in December 2010 and my Professional Human Resources Certificate in December 2019. Throughout my undergraduate career, I worked as a student assistant in the Department of Mechanical Engineering where I supported multiple areas of the department. After my December graduation, I joined the Graduate Admissions team as an Administrative Assistant. I returned to the Department of Mechanical Engineering in November 2011 upon the retirement of the Administrative Assistant. From there, I developed my HR skills and grew into the HR professional I am today.

Outside of work, I enjoy time with my husband, our children—Sofia and Theo, and our two dogs. We love being outside and going on adventures. I love to read, paint, and find ways to be creative.
