A-rising (pun intended) during the pandemic, Ferment is an artisanal sourdough bread company in É«½ä³ÉÈËÖ±²¥ co-founded by Andre Gruber, a senior in Creative Technology and Design, with Rafaelo Infante, an advertising major. The two É«½ä³ÉÈËÖ±²¥ undergraduates are passionate about the art of fermentation and baking, and providing É«½ä³ÉÈËÖ±²¥ with delicious, sustainable food.
